Pacific Fire and Security is one of few companies nationwide that have been formally trained and certified for Talk a Phone’s VOIP-500 Certification, which has equipped us with necessary skills to install, maintain and troubleshoot Voice over IP series emergency phones. Additionally, PFS is trained and certified with the WEBS Contact® software solution, meaning that we are expert with configuring the layered mass notification system (setting up notification zones and creating notification profiles).
